Our VA's go through an intense selection process before they can join our organization.  They need to provide us with government clearances and medical certificate to ensure a fit-to-work standing. Many of them have been successful BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) professionals, college educated or experienced VA's in various fields.
 
Once they start working with us, they go through a 5-day training course tackling the basics (tools, sites, CRM, etc) and everything they need to know to build a good foundation needed of an excellent VA.  It doesn't stop there.  Once they get hired, they go through a 90-day monitoring program with an experienced VA to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
